Botteling Sauce

Postby Biker Bob » Thu Jul 08, 2010 6:55 pm

I have been makeing my sauce for about 12 years and perfected it about 3 years ago (according to freinds and family). I am thinking about botteling it, wanted to know if any of you guys might have some input as how to go about doing this
i.e. co packers, shelf life testing and any other 2 cents you might want to add.
Thanks,
Bob
