1/4 cup grainy mustard
1 T. white vinegar
1 T. orange juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 T. MAGGIor soy sauce
1 T. hoisin sauce
1 tsp. garlic granular
1 tsp. minced ginger
Wisk everything together in a bowl. Pour over steak and turn to coat marinade. I just put the steak and marinade in a freezer bag. Chill, covered for at least an hour.
Discard marinade and grill to taste.
Note~ Spice it up more with little chili oil about 1/2 to 1 tsp.
