Kiddo had a gymnastics meet on the other side of Plano. When we got the schedule I did my usual trip planning routine:
1 - how early do we have to leave to be there by 7:45 am
2 - any bbq joints close by?
Well lucky me, I had heard about Winners but this was our first chance to try it. We walked in 5 minutes after opening (11 am) and only one other customer. A few minutes later there were 10 - 15 customers in line but I noticed they got people in and out quickly. My favorite was the ribs. The wife dug the brisket and the kiddos the sausage. All of it was really good and we will go back for sure. Give it a shot if you are in the neighborhood.
