One of my FAVORITE SAMMIES except I don't like the dark Rye so if ordering out I get a sourdough/jalapeno bun but if I'm making them then it's Own-Yawn Buns for MOI - - - "try it you'll like it"

Hey Pard, one little tip if I may - - - - if you decide to do these sammies and end up getting Sour Kraut in the can or jar, you might consider lightly rinsing it in a collander to get the vinegary off before stacking on the sammich It just works better for us that way.

Thanks for the tip oup, I don't think I've seen this in the shops I go to, but then, I haven't been looking. I will be now,lol.

I had a Reuben last week, and it was revolting, way too much honey grain mustard. I made corned beef and carrots last Sunday and I've been eating corned beef and pickle sammiches since then. Here's a pic of my lunch just devoured.
