So Matt and Brian have expanded their burgeoning meat empire and have opened a truck park Barbecue place in west McKinney on west side of Custer Road a bit south of Virginia Parkway. First rate Barbecue out under the trees amongst nature and good classic country AND Western music - Chris LeDoux, Marty Robbins, Johnny Horton, you name it. They're gonna start a legend here - come on out and be able to say you knew it back when. BYOB.

Nice, wondered how long it would be before they took this step. Didn't try it but got a peek at some of their brisket at one of the festivals in Mckinney and it looked great.
