So we came to Kennys smoke house for dinner.
My son is headed to Colorado for 3 weeks of being a counseler at Young Life. He wanted to come here to eat tonight. When I walk in the door I see the sign. Prime Rib now on Fri, Sat, eves and all day Sunday.
Thank You to all the fine folks here for all the tips and advice so I can now smoke a chunk of meat and folks actually eat it.

I've eaten there and would go back. Kenny is a nice guy, does a good job. Carries beef ribs I seem to recall, "score direct hit". Little pricey for some, but nice enough to be a date place fer yer spouse, so you can scratch two itches at once and earn some brownies. Nice bourbon selection as I seem to recall.
