Not a BBQ joint per say , but among their Wild Game intensive menu you will find a Pulled Boar sandwich & some Pulled Boar Chiliquilles. Elk Sausage & Elk jerky.

My wife and I enjoy dining in the Bishop Arts District and saw this place the last time we were there. I looked at the menu online and it definitely looks like a place we would enjoy.
