I have been trying to get over here for a while now, even though I only live about 15 minutes away. Today I was able to talk a few co-workers into going with me for lunch. The brisket was good, very tender and had good flavor, it was just sliced a little thin for my taste. The ribs were great, they had great flavor and did not fight at all coming off the bone. I did not like the sauce, but I am not a sauce person ( IMHO if it is cooked right you do not sauce, sauce covers bad food), so I do not know if my opinion counts on sauce.

I will be back!

Now I want to fire up my pit this weekend. It probably will not be as good, but it is fun trying!
