Why don't you try The Slow Bone? Or have you already and I missed it?

Irving Blvd & Wycliffe should be a short drive from downtown.

I've been wanting to try it but haven't had the chance.

Good call brother, that was definately on my list of close places with good reviews. I'll give it a try and report back.

The most important part of Blu Dawgs post is don't be scared to take a look.
If you don't like the look of the piece of meat they are about to serve to you ask for something else or leave.

Dull gray brisket ain't ever going to be tasty.
