Black Diamond BBQ, North Richland Hills TX

Postby Big Ed » Sat Mar 09, 2013 8:46 am

ImageMy neighbor has been telling me about this place and he was right, pretty good BBQ for the buck! Brisket and ribs were both tender and moist with a nice smoke flavor, it's in North Richland Hills.

Good looking plate I don't get over that way much but I will keep it in mind for when I do.
Never met a cow I didn't like with a little salt and pepper.

FCG BBQ has a review posted & gives 3 Stars based on 2 visits.
Sounds like they did not catch the brisket at an appropriate time.
