If you ever find yourself in Murchison Texas, between Tyler and Athens, check this place out. Second time I have had ribs here. Located on the south side of town. I believe they are among the top 2-3 I have ever had. Smoky, tender with a very slight sweet finish. It's a good thing I don't live closer, I would go broke. they would get rich.

P.S. I am not big on dauce, but thiers is pretty good. On the side of course.

The only thing I tried on the first visit was coleslaw. Average. I got a turkey sandwich also the first time. Pretty good. Nice smoke on the meats. Got ribs only, 2 lbs. Just had a couple a little while ago and still have a few left. Guess whats on the menu for a late night snack?
