Son is starting a new project for his Company and is going to be a little bit on the Moody side of McGregor. Any BBQ or Restaurant recommendations for him? Thanks

We used to have to go to Waco on occasion with Hot Rod Gatherings and Medical and there was a Place that we ate a couple of times but, for the life of me, I can't remember the name or location. It's been a few years also. I may be able to ask some old Hot Rod Buddies and they might know.

I know there used to be a family owned restaurant in Gatesville called Andy’s that was great home cooking. We’d stop on our way out to the Hill Country if we took that route instead of Lampasas. Probably gone now, that was 20 years ago

Andy's is gone now. I think there is a strips there. Used to be hole in the wall bbq place coming in from McGregor on the left that was good. It was a small place take out only.

Andy’s was great. They had a Ham Steak to die for
