Another one from West Texas

Just wanted to pop in and say howdy from the big city of Lubbock
been a lurker for awhile and already learned lots. I don't have a pic of my smoker yet but will soon.
Oh, I just bought a Northern Tool meat grinder that I can't wait to use and make sausage with, so any recipes will be greatly appreciated

Welcome Tracy! Check out the sausage board here for recipes & info. There are others with that grinder you have, and I'm looking to get one pretty soon myself.
