Howdy All

Howdy everyone. Just heard of this forum from a post on another forum. I am an avid hunter and enjoy smoking most of the meat from the animals I harvest along with smoking the meat from animals I raise on my farm. I have just begun learning to perfect smoking techniques. I also enjoy cooking a variety of meats and vegetables on the grill. I hope to learn a lot on here.
