Howdy from College Station
Howdy! New to the forum. I have been grilling and smoking since the 90's. I've had a few smokers over the years, mostly cheap ones from Academy. Right now I have a Traeger, but I finally pulled the trigger on my dream smoker. About two weeks ago I ordered a 20"x42" Lone Star Grillz Offset Smoker. The long wait has begun and I can't wait until it gets here! Can't wait to learn a bunch from everyone here.

Howdy neighbor, welcome aboard!
BE WELL, BUT NOT DONE

Bobby: "No."
Hank: "Well, there's really no wrong way to do it."
