New to smoking meats. Actually just finished my first rack of ribs. I was pleasantly surprised that the username thesmoker was available. ha! Working on a small char-grill side box smoker that seems to have some love in it if you pay attention to the temps. I'm excited to exchange some ideas if anyone is interested.
