Just wanted to introduce myself I’m Stephen from College station Tx . I been bbq for about 8 yrs on a family cook off team
I enjoy cooking at all the cook off we do but I’m wanting to build a pit of my own with a smoker box .. I’m looking for ideas I can use I would like a pit I can use in my backyard and could make at least 2 brisket on along with a couple rack of ribs thanks
