Hi.
I new somewhat to the world of creating smoked meats... as of right now, I’ve cooked 3 briskets (the last one was amazing), a few rack of Ribs, and a couple of pork butts, all on my new Old Country Brazos offset smoker. I’m consistently getting compliments on my meat, so I think I’m going to stick with this. Here for some great tips and learning opportunities. Hoping to get to know you all!
