Hey Ya’ll, I'm in the Low Country...

Postby Low_Country_Hack » Sun Apr 26, 2020 1:00 pm

I’m a retired hack and Chief (Petty Officer). I am using my G.I. Bill to attend grad school for school counseling at The Citadel, in the Low Country. I have a Big Easy, Tru Infrared Oil-less, Turkey Fryer by Char-Broil. Used it three times; once for a turkey 8 years ago, then twice recently for butts. The butts turned out sweet! Never had much success grillin’ over the years, but now I am learning the meaning low and s-l-o---w., much like me as I approach 60.

Welcome aboard Chief. I punched out in 07 after 30. Glad to see you are back in school as a Bulldog. Though not in the low country Scotts BBQ up in Hemingway is the bomb.
