Hey Ya’ll, I'm in the Low Country...
I’m a retired hack and Chief (Petty Officer). I am using my G.I. Bill to attend grad school for school counseling at The Citadel, in the Low Country. I have a Big Easy, Tru Infrared Oil-less, Turkey Fryer by Char-Broil. Used it three times; once for a turkey 8 years ago, then twice recently for butts. The butts turned out sweet! Never had much success grillin’ over the years, but now I am learning the meaning low and s-l-o---w., much like me as I approach 60.
