Hello From Central Texas!
Hello to everyone! I have been reading posts from this forum quite a bit lately and thought it was time to register and become more active. I am an avid BBQ enthusiast, currently looking for my next offset stick burner. I hope I can share what I've learned over the years as well as learn from everyone here. Look forward to talking with everyone!

Hank: "Do you know how to jumpstart a man's heart with a downed power line?"
Bobby: "No."
Hank: "Well, there's really no wrong way to do it."
