Hello from Driftwood TX

Postby eastbaysteve » Sat Jan 25, 2020 12:24 pm

Howdy all,

I'm here for confession - I am a dirty sinner

I got to be strong and get better at cleaning and maintaining my equipment.

I'm more of a griller (tri tip is my thing) than a smoker and looking to improve on all of it with practice.

I've got a Texas Pitmaster Grill and an Ole Hickory Pits Ultra Que (gifted by my boss).

Thanks for having me and God bless Texas
