Howdy fellow BBQ crazies... glad to be able to join ya’ll! Just a few sentences about myself. Been addicted to outdoor cooking for the past 25+ years. Live in the Sacramento CA area... married to my beautiful bride of 25 years and have 9 daughters (yep, 9). Having cooked on all major smoker/grill types/fuels... I finally settled on a pellet grill and Weber kettle a few years ago. Didn’t expect to fall in love with pellets when I bought a buddies old smoker a few years back, but here I am a full blown pellet head... lol . Any other pellet heads in this group? Love my kettle too! Oh yeah, also love cooking on my Camp Chef griddle. Look forward to getting to know you guys/gals :)
