Hi guys ,i am just starting out using a bbq so i thought the best place to pick up tips and learn all i need to know would be from the USA .

Now that is what exactly what we need, a podner named Big Eddy. There’s actually a place in Texas called Big Eddy On the Trinity River down northeast of Huntsville. They haul big catfish out of there and buffalo too, upwards of 50 or 60 pounds.
