Hello all! Thanks for the warm welcome. Took me a while to get all the login stuff squared away. But I finally got all right buttons pushed.
Glad to find your site. I love everything grilled.... as you can tell by my handle. :)

Looking forward to a grill good time on this site! I'm located just outside of Argyle, Flower Mound, Bartonville and Copper Canyon. Don't ask me how, but we've managed to stay out of everyone's mess. You can tell we are in the country because all the critters are running over to our place!

Just wanted to drop a quick line. Hope to chat more later.
Blessings to all. >-o>

I use a New Braunfels Smoker.... (it's seen a lotta smoke too) and I have an old drum style Brinkman charcoal grill and a Brinkman gas grill. I mainly use the gas grill for quick work like veggies and burgers and dogs. My favorite is the old New Braunfels Smoker. It takes a lot of time to get going and it works best when absolutely loaded with meat. But it does a My-T fine job of getting the flavor where it needs to be.. 8)

That's my gear. At least at home. When I camping it's whatever I can throw over the coals! :D
