I’m new to this forum. I’m from Kentucky and I’m fairly new to competition cooking. Did 2 last year planing on 4 this year. Also have a BBQ YouTube channel. But as much as I love to cook BBQ just Kentucky not really a bbq state. Should of been born in Texas lol
