Hello all,
My name is William, Im from Wichita Falls TX. I have been a backyard cooker for years. the last 2 yrs my dad and a buddy of mine started cooking comps. have had moderate success so far. Here to meet new friends and maybe some ideas to improve my cooking. We cook on a custom built trailer smoker that my dad and i built. I look forward to meeting many friends here.
