Hello all,
Glad to join your little group. I’m an Oregon native where growing up smoking meat was al about the fish. Salmon, trout, crab, etc. I’ve been in Texas now since 2010 and I’m North Texas since 2013. I have gone very fond of the Texas style BBQ. I currently have a Smoking Joe combination smoker/grill, and while it’s served me well, it’s time to expand. I’m embarking on a several year journey to build my own smoker from a 250 gallon propane tank. wish me luck all
