I'm in Katy Texas and I've been BBQing for around thirty years.
Did a few years in comp cooking and decided I'd rather drop a fifty in the kitty,eat drink and be merry and go home.
I've used a Pitts and Spitts for the last 20 some odd years but it's too darn big for what I do these days and I Just ordered a Lang 36.
Looking forward to Lang owners impressions and advice.

The Wife gave me crap for buying another cooker. 
Along with the Lang and Pitts I've got a MAK 2 star,Kamado Joe,Fire Magic,CookShack and a BlackStone.

It's a madness alright!

To me BBQ was SOP.
Then I got interested in how it was made and the intricacies of just how hard it was to turn out good Q .
Being from Texas I jumped right into the Brisket.
It's been a heck of a journey over the last thirty years.
