Hello Everyone,
Wanted to introduce myself on this forum. I am very new to smoking meat and have a couple of smokes under my belt. I just acquired a horizontal offset smoker on Craiglist that needs some work done on it. Hope to get her up and running soon for the summer months to come.
I have primarily smoked on the electric vertical type smokers that require virtually no work. I am anxious to make my way into the offset world of smoking.
