Texarkana via Kentucky..

Postby CincyChiliGuy » Wed Jan 23, 2019 9:36 am

I've lived in Texarkana now for 14 years after moving from my home area of Northern KY/CIncinnati area. I love chili of all kinds and turned my Texas wife on to Cincinnati style chili and we eat it as much as Texas red. I find that there aren't enough chili cook-offs in NorthEast Texas that I run across. I am all about sampling chili! I actually ran across this forum probably 7 years ago while searching of really good BBQ restaurants but finally decided to join in on the discusssions. I find it difficult to define my "heritage" as Kentucky is too far north be Southern and it's too far south to be Northern. LOL I always refer to myself as a "tweener".
