Howdy from SoCal

Postby T-monks » Tue Nov 20, 2018 3:49 pm

Hey there!

I've been a big smoking/bbq fan for about 5-6 years now, and am starting to feel like I'm really getting the hang of it.
I'm so happy to have found this forum, since I often have questions or concerns, and sometimes some crazy ideas I need some advice with.

I own the big webber bullet for smoking, a large offset bbq for grilling, and an electric smoker for when I'm lazy lol.

I'm a father of 5, live on a "hobby farm" (basically my wife raises oodles of pets, including chickens, turkeys, etc) in Santa Clarita and work in Los Angeles.
