Howdy, another centex newbie
I've got the lyfetime horiz and vert setup. Been cooking lots of steaks, chicken and ribs for yrs. Next move will be pork shoulder then on to a prime brisket. I have purchased alot of SB products over the last yr or so and I really like their spices. Have not tried any of their wet stuff. I use a chimney full of B&B Lump to start with and been using Mesquite splits for a number of years although last night I used pecan splits for the first time and it was a whole nother world regarding flavor. I think I have found my new favorite wood to use. Thanks for the fantastic site, I'll try to help others where I can.

Thanks so much!! I've done some grillin although I'm still learning a ton from all of you.
My goals are to cook a perfect shoulder? butt? then move to a prime brisket. Thanks again, I'm hoping to eventually assist others as well.
