Looks like I found a new BBQ forum, I been Qin smokin Grillin & cookin down home southern dishes for 40 years, Got my 1st smoker in 76 & still have it. Got newer equipment too.
I lived in southern Louisiana all my life, & all my family cooks real good cajun dishes. I have also made over 200 how to cooking videos & they are posted at the WWW link below.
I like to drink beer cook & eat.

Thats it?

Welcome to da group! I been learning a lot since joining and I hope to learn from you also. I been rotissin' hogs, lambs, turkeys and chickens plus Hawaiian style pit (hole in da ground) bbqs for half a century. But never did much of "low temp-slow" cooking... Saw your video and I enjoy your prolific use of "boy"... It is my nickname when growing up and is still used by my family and close friends, as recent as last week in Hawaii!
