Thanks everybody! I probly cant teach yall any Qin tips ya don't already know, I don't compete or cook for large groups. Just my family & a few friends.
Yall might need a cajun speelin translator to read sum of my sutff too :lol:

Heck, JB, I don't compete either. It's family and friends for me, too. But I sure get great ideas from others doing family cooking, too.
