Hola everyone!

Been grilling and smoking the better part of my life. Still have not mastered it.

First time I ever made good barbecue was on an Old Smokey at my exfather-in-laws. He did not like alcohol at his place. Everyone loved it and i was hooked on getting it done right. Now I can cook AND drink AND make decent food on a grill/smoker.

Just posted a new setup that I am curing tonight. It is under the customs tab.
