Hi Guys
New to the board and new to Smoking. Last year we had an Electric smoker and I just bought a Pit Boss Austin 1000. Haven't fired it up yet, but soon. Waiting on the NY weather to get better. Hope to learn some from you guys and give back when I Can

Good deal, I have the 340 (wish I'd bought the 820) and I absolutely love it - - - just remember that THIS is a learning experience and a good one while it's happening. Post up cooks and questions when you can. :tup: :salut:
