I am a retired prison guard that got into smokin meat 4 years ago. I was going to build a small smoker trailer but it turn out bigger for some reason. I entered a local cook-off after the completion of my smoker and won 1st place in ribs and 3rd in Tri tip. I was hooked. in the past 3 years I have catered 4 weddings and 6 other small events and love doing it and it also adds to my hunting and fishing funds. I have 4 weddings on the schedule for the summer. I decided to build a smaller bbq for the house. Which is almost 3/4 complete I will post some pics if I can figure out how to post them on here. It will be good to converse with other smokers on here.

Here is a pic of my new build that I just built for the house. I am waiting on a toggle latch to tighten down my lid to seal my cooking box. It took me 2 weeks to build> I posted pics of the build on the custom builds section. Hope you like.
