Noob in Prosper

Noob on here but not to BBQ. Found y'all from a FB page link. From Wisconsin, raised in El Paso. No good BBQ joints in El Paso back then so didn't like BBQ. That's cuz I never had good BBQ. Got stationed at FT Leonard Wood Missouri and had my first taste of good BBQ and realized I do like it. Got my first smoker when I got back to Ft Bliss and the rest is history. Always looking for ways to improve my stuff and good places to eat.
