Hi everyone...My name is Rick...63 years old....heavy equipment operator for 44 years and love my winters off.I have been looking for a new bbq forum to hang in....I have been smoking, grilling, curing for many years and even make a bit of sausage from time to time.
For cooking on I have a Horizon Marshal 20 RD Special ,22" Weber Master Touch,Large Big Green Egg and Napoleon Gasser for when im in a hurry.
I hope to learn as well as share what I know with everyone here.
