I’ve read this forum for some time now but finally decided to join. I started smoking on an old rusty offset 15 years ago and have since moved on to better quality offsets like moberg’s and have cooked on Oylers and Southern Prides as well. heck I’ve even made an offset out of rocks when camping once lol. I was a pitmaster at a Texas Monthly Top 50 joint and recently took over as GM at another location.....and I still read this forum trying to learn more!!!
