Hey guys and gals, I'm Tim. Lived in Heath for 20 years or so. Been smoking for 25-30 years and still learning. Do my cooking on a New Braunfels horizontal offset roughly 22 years old. A New Braunfels/OK Joe cabinet offset (17-18 years old) and the must have 55 gallon grill, my son built in '97. Looking forward to learning, sharing and generally enjoying the sight.
