Thanks gents - my wife said that I did good 30 years ago when I spent every nickel I had on this place. For the first few years I could not even afford to heat the second floor and had to keep bed sheets hanging over the hallways :mrgreen:

I love Idaho. Beautiful country and great folks. A friend of mine has 10 acres on the Clearwater. Caught many a Steelhead there . :D

I must admit that Idaho is a sportsman's paradise. Steelhead is readily available in our Costco, and is my favorite trout to smoke, or use to make gravlax - the Clearwater is a beautiful place - your friend is lucky to be there, especially on 10 acres!
