Hello from Beeville

Hello my name is Adam and I am new to competition BBQ but I have been smoking in the back yard for most of my life. I have participated in a few competitions the past few years. I have no idea what I am doing but I love doing it and have met some great people in the process. Recently my oldest son who is 7 has help me at a few cook-offs and he loves it and participated in his first Kids Q this past weekend.
