thanks for the add ,have a weber kettle (bought at a auction for 5.00 $ ) and a have a old country o/under bought in april 17 , was having control problems and found this website , very helpful yes the over and under will test you , getting use to it thou , so far its cooked what I bought it for , wanted a cooker to do whole ribs and brisket without cutting them in half , was smoking on a smokey mountain vertical , again thanks for the add
