I know this is a new board, but the posts have to start somewhere. Currently reside in Jamestown CO, a sleepy little town of 250 about 15 miles NW of Boulder. Cook on an Egg, Kettle and have a Kingfisher Offset on extended loan, whatever that means.
I think I will like this board as I stay away form the sugarysweet rubs and sauces and like heat. I'm told my Q is Texas Style from the few who claim to recongize a style. I guess that is a good thing.
