Hello from the Ark-LA-Tex

I'm an experienced novice to the backyard cooking arts who is looking to up my barbecue skills. Currently, I'm cooking on a 18.5" WSM, but I'm itching to learn how to use a stick burner. I'm looking forward to learning and contributing to this community.
