New to the forum! I've been smoking butts, chickens, turkeys, sirloins, briskets you name it. My favorite it to make my own bacon and pastrami!! So delicious!! I have an electric master built and an old R2D2 brinkman. This week I'm making 30 pounds of sausage with a friend! Three different flavors. Can't wait!!

Re: Hello from Virginia!!
Welcome to the forum sounds like you got the Q bug bad but that's good.
I haven't made any bacon mainly because of fridge space (I used to have a couple prep fridges and a walk in) but I'm with ya on the pastrami and sausages.

Welcome!
What part of VA are you in? I ask because that's where I was raised. Little town near Va Tech.
The forum is good place to get info and no matter what the question, someone has experience and will answer.

Welcome to the forum!
Looking forward to more camping trip with my family. I need a new tonneau cover to secure my equipment and pit.
