Been lurking recently and decided to join as I am about to start a custom built offset. Worked at some Hill Country BBQ joints in college and practically lived off of BBQ as a result. Took me awhile to get back into it but I am now and certainly enjoying it. Have a Small Smoky Hollow Gas/Charcoal/Smoker that I have about wore down to the ground. Anyways, looking forward to being here.
