This is Kevin from Fort Worth. Been following for a while now and decided to join. As an old school trucker and oil field hand, I've been all over this great Country of ours and tried BBQ from everywhere. Believe me when I tell you Texas Q is the best! Where Beef is King! Right now I'm running a Old Country Pecos smoker, not high end but not bottom of the barrel neither. Can't wait to get the conversations fired up and drool over some Q pics.
