Hello from Central Texas

Postby TORCHRIDER » Wed Jun 14, 2017 2:50 pm

Howdy,

I am a novice barbecue nut living just north of Austin, Texas. :texas:
My favorite food is Barbecued Brisket which I have yet to smoke.
To date I have done all my smoking on a big offset smoker, but I just acquired a GMG Daniel Boone for fathers day. Thanks Honey!
I look forward to learning a lot on this forum and hopefully contributing a thing or two as well.

Looking forward to meeting Y'all,

Dave
I'll be somewhere down in Texas if you're lookin' for me,
Drinkin' in that great wide-open... soakin' up the summer breeze. Kickin' back an' settled in with my family.
I'll be somewhere down in Texas if you're lookin' for me.

I am inclined to agree with you. :D Although I think they are taking California and moving it all here. I might need to keep a moving North and West.

Hutto. We are practically neighbors. I will post some pics of my smokers as soon as I get a chance.
